You will be charged THE TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT (including taxes and Cleaning fee) 14 Days prior to the arrival – Travelers can cancel 15 days before the arrival with no penalties.
Cancelation between 14 & 7 days before check- in: 50% penalty
Cancelation 7- days prior to the arrival: No Reimbursement
The total payment should be fully covered 30 days prior to the arrival date For Christmas & NYE stays. The lack of payment will result in the cancelation of the reservation.
Payments and Agreement:
The confirmation of reservation must be through credit card or wire transfer, indicating the number of reservation.
a) The reservation will be automatically canceled in the event that the payment is not received from the Guest or cannot be processed to the Card provided in the period mentioned,
b) The Guest will receive confirmation via e-mail once the payment and the present agreement is executed,
c) Prior to the arrival, the Guest will receive via e-mail information about the property reserved, direction and instruction on how to gain access to the property,
The guest should confirm the payments (via Paypal or Wire transfers), sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reservation number, name, dates, property and amount paid.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED UPON CHECK IN WITH A CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD), WHICH WILL BE KEPT ON FILE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
You are required to leave the unit as you received it. If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, the Security Deposit will be requested in CASH upon Check-In. Damages over the property or its contents include any that exceed from “normal use”. Any damage or missing item will be deducted from the security deposit.
The Security deposit will be released within 5 business days after check-out.
In addition, the rules and regulations of the condominium must be observed at all times, otherwise the full amount placed on hold for the security deposit will be charged.
