The hospitality industry is based on caring for people. The safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority and we will ensure that the properties we manage are clean and safe to welcome our clients again.
All our collaborators have been trained in hygiene protocols. In addition, everyone will wear protective face masks and gloves. Their health will be monitored daily at the start of the work day. At Moskito, we have strict protocols in case any collaborator shows symptoms.
Moskito Riviera Maya Offices
Our offices are cleaned and disinfected daily, we provide antibacterial gel at the office reception, and high contact areas are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
Houses and Apartments
The houses and apartments managed by Moskito are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained and uses the protections recommended by the health authorities.
The staff will not enter the properties to do cleaning and maintenance during the stay of guests or owners, unless it has been authorized and with strict hygiene measures. A minimum period of 24 hours is established between the occupation of the properties in order to carry out the cleaning and disinfection in an adequate way.
Check-in y check-out
All our properties have the equipment so that the client or owner can enter and exit on their own without having to have direct contact with any person. In case our staff has to enter, it will be done under strict hygiene measures.
In the condominiums under our administration, all common areas and high contact areas such as door knobs, doors, lobby, furniture, lounge chairs, etc. will be cleaned and disinfected. We will have antibacterial gel at the entrance of the condominium.
